Ay Buhay!

“Yes life is so cruel and unfair, well, at least for me.  I don’t know how to be happy again because everytime I smile and laugh, there’s sadness inside and fear that one day, I will hear all harsh and disrestpectful words from someone that I have done nothing but to love, love and love you.  I may not have given the best you think are not, still, the effort that I have shown is enough to pay you back when you told me that I destroyed you.  Accepting all the hurting words that you have uttered towards me are much of my dismayed when I see that it is the opposite that you do for others. Sabi mo ganito, bawal ang ganito, pero bakit sa iba pwede at kabaligtaran sa sinabi mo sa akin…”

“Finally, I have seen a reason for me to stop dreaming.  It’s time for me to move on and live a bright visions and not be deceived by pure illusions.  Life is beautiful, I know how hard and painful to forget someone you love so much yet it is the best step to begin with rather than be continuously hurt for no valid reasons.  I will cry and cry and cry forever because I admit you will remain forever part of me but in the end, I must learn to smile again……good luck to me and congrats to both of you!

I just wish you will come back but the changed better person that knows how to appreciate, care, dignified without inconsistency, true to your feelings without hiding something trying to defend what is right….

Birthday Ko (Thanks be to God!)

I was born on 13th of February, day before the Valentines Day.  But I was not named and/or any name that cling with the occasion.  In fact I have very peculiar name but it’s ok, this is how my parents wanted it to be and I realized it’s not how modern your name is but how you are as a person per se.

Thanks to all who greeted me happy birthday and wishes the best for me.  I may be mean or unpleasant to some but for those who knows me, such as my family, relatives and friends would depict at least few good words towards me.

I was not born with a gold teaspoon in my mouth and with my persistence, I almost spent my life abroad to sustain the needs of family.  I am lucky for having a very loving and God fearing parents and siblings thou trials has always tested our faith otherwise.  I maybe financially stable at press time but never came up to my mind to ignore the obligations I believe meant to me just to be selfish.  My priority is always my family’s safety & security, and that makes me neither more stronger and braver in times that I am too down and depressed.

For a family who is at the category of “nakakaraos lang (barely surviving)” is very hard to surpass or level up to economy of today if to compare with a well built house constructed with primera clase used materials which is not always victorious with constant calamities that hit it.  Repair is always an entry of debit or loss with no Return of Investment.  Before I will cry always, I will question why it has to happened for good people but I’ve learned we have to face reality and just count the blessings instead.  After all, that is how being successful to me is, as the saying goes…

“Happiness is not the absence of problems but the ability to deal with them”

“If you learn something from a defeat it isn`t a loss”….

Thank you Lord for another year that is full of blessings and helps from You.

May strong resilience be always my vengeance enable me to rise, rebound, bounce and float from all misfortune, hardships and traumas.

Happy birthday also to the following:

Ai, ate Baby, Randy, Nol, ate Eden, my brod Elly, Russel, niece Weng, cousin Edwin, Nympha, my Ninong Samuel and to everyone who is celebrating their birthday in the month of love.

Of course to my late friend Arnel.

Yes, it is a cold season here but it is not so tolerable at negative degree temperature.  Waking up early to work, for one, is just so very hard to achieve everyday.  You can’t even complete the eight hours sleep even you’re covered with numbers of comforter or blanket kahit pa “patong-patong” na ang suot mo,  By the way, what is patong-patong in English hehehe.

Of course, winter is the season of joy for many, as some like it hot is quite obvious as well.

Irrelevant to the subject,  I really like Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago.  She just add thrill and excitement and fire for the what she called boring or cold on-going impeachment trial for Chief Justice.

I admit politics does not interest me but when she began to talk, you will at least understand the subject or issue.

Let’s have a cold beer….please watch the:

ERGONOMIC TIP: Do not Sit on Your Wallet!!!

Your wallet can be real pain for your back and the waist, and it can even lead to shooting pains down the legs. Sitting on a wallet for prolonged hours every day can compress sciatic nerve which passes beneath piriformis muscle and leads to piriformis syndrome, low back pain & self-inflicted sciatica.

The wallet acts as a wedge that forces the pelvis, spine and body out of alignment. Just as you would not sit on a brief case or a rock for an extended period of time, you should not sit on your wallet. Anyone who drives more than a half hour sitting on a wallet is a candidate for sciatica or back pain.

The healthiest option is to move the wallet to your front pocket. If it’s must to keep your wallet in your back pocket, you should remove it before you sit down.

God is good always…

Thank you Dear God for saving my nephew from a car accident yesterday.  He is now free from any harm after being treated in the hospital.

For those who are driving, please do take care always.  Huwag pong mag drive kung medyo nakainom or inaantok at wag gumamit ng mobile while driving.

Salamat po talaga at kahit madami gasgas at sugat, ang importante wala pong grabe nangyari.

Thanks be to God!
